SPECIAL COCONUT DRESSINGS

MAKES 1 QUART

Tropical Hot Bacon Dressing

2 cups Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut

2 cups hot bacon dressing

Hawaiian Slaw Dressing

2 cups Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut

2 cups poppy seed cole slaw dressing

Coconut Hoeny Mustard Dressing

2 cups Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut

2 cups honey mustard dressing

Instructions for all 3 dressings:

Combine cream of coconut and dressing. Serve warm or chilled with fruit or vegetable salads;

mix well before serving. Store covered in refrigerator.

Lime Coconut Dressing

1 1/3 cups Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut

½ cup lime juice

1 tablespoon paprika

2 cups vegetable oil

In a mixer bowl, combine cream of coconut, lime juice and paprika. On low speed, slowly

add oil. Cover;Chill. Stir before serving. Store covered in refrigerator.
