ZESTY COCONUT CREAM DRESSING

MAKES ABOUT ¾ CUP

Ingredients

½ cup of Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut

¼ cup cider vinegar

1 (0.7 ounce) package Italian Salad dressing mix

Instructions

In small jar with tight-fitting lid or bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Chill to blend flavors.

Stir before serving. Stir before serving. Serve with tossed green salads, fruit salads or with

coleslaw. Refrigerate leftovers.
