Cream of Coconut Recipes
Zesty Coconut Cream Dressing 
(Makes about ¾ cups)
 
½ cup Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut 
¼ cup cider vinegar 
1 (0.7-ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix 

In small jar with tight-fitting lid or bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Serve with tossed green salads, fruit salads or with coleslaw. Refrigerate leftovers.
