Cream of Coconut Recipes
Fresh Fruit Colada 
(Makes 2 servings)
 
2 cups cut-up fresh or Frozen fruit (banana, strawberries, 
   melon, peaches or blueberries)  
¾ cup Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut  
2 teaspoons ReaLime® Lime Juice from Concentrate  
1½ cups ice  

In blender container, combine ingredients; blend until smooth. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
