

1 (15-ounce) can Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut 1 (12-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups ice cubes Mint leaves and orange slices, optional In blender, combine cream of coconut, juice concentrate and vanilla; blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Garnish with mint and orange if desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. |
