INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - quart rich eggnog
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 - tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 - quart heavy cream
  • 1 - can Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
  • 12 - ounces of light rum nutmeg

PREPARATIONS

Beat eggs; add to eggnog. Add vanilla, cream, Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut and rum. Serve in cups, sprinkled with nutmeg.
